Seven inspection procedures for buttons
There needs to be an inspection procedure for buttons to be produced. Only the buttons that pass the inspection can go to the market. The following are the seven inspection procedures for buttons.
1. Reference samples. Check the color and model match the sample or not;
2. There should be no cracks, gaps, unevenness and obvious scratches on the surface;
3. There are no car cracks or air bubbles on the front and back; no rotten edges and uneven thickness;
4. The pattern should have no obvious deformation, no white eyes, white circles, etc.;
5. The buttonholes should be clean and unobstructed; the needle holes should be pierced and broken, symmetrical and without big eyes. If it is a dark eye button, the dark eye groove should be smooth without obvious bursting.
6. The color difference of buttons in the same batch should not be lower than the GB250 Grade 4 standard, and compared with the incoming samples, it should not be lower than the GB250 Grade 3 standard.
7. Packaging inspection, after the appearance inspection is all qualified, then repacking. The certificate of conformity or other labels should be placed in the package. The quantity of packaging should be consistent with the regulations, and the actual quantity of each bag should be consistent with the specified quantity. If it is found that the thickness is different or other reasons exceed the tolerance, it must be fully inspected.
